Strategic Vision

Current strategic initiatives include:

  1. Expanding services to individuals with mental illnesses and other barriers to employment,
  2. Updating our technology to enhance social media, upgrading software and hardware to increase efficiencies, increasing supported individual (consumer) computer skills, and more,
  3. Improving the building at our main site including building an addition,
  4. Increasing employment opportunities and choices for our supported individuals (consumers) in the community and in-center,
  5. Increasing marketing,
  6. Implementing self-advocacy activities and communications with consumers and hosting appreciation events,
  7. Building stronger, collaborative relationships with providers, families, and counties, and
  8. Developing a formal volunteer program.
